Sercalo MEMS variable attenuators are based on a electrostatic MEMS chip produced in Sercalo's own MEMS fab. Based on our own design the VOA works with a low actuation voltage from 0 to 5 V and covers the wavelength range from 1250 to 1650 nm. It is used in applications requiring a good long term stability such as optical test and measurement equipment and optical amplifiers.
